Lauren and Kip's Wedding at St. Mary's Cathedral and Texas Old Town
Lauren and Kip are some of our favorite people! They are fun, stress-free, kind, out-going...on top of all of that, they're a super cute couple. Elena and I had such a great time with them during their engagement session and Lauren's bridal session (her bridal pictures, by the way, are beautiful). We were so glad that we had the opportunity to spend another day with them on their wedding day.
Lauren and Kip's ceremony was at St. Mary's in downtown Austin, one of our favorite churches in Austin. Everything was so beautiful! After the ceremony, we spent a few minutes with family and then everyone made their way to Stone Hall at Texas Old Town for Lauren and Kip's reception. Once the newlyweds were introduced, the party got started. Everyone enjoyed a great dinner and then there were several toasts. We decided to take pictures of Lauren and Kip later in the evening to avoid the super hot sun. We took them outside and started taking pictures. We immediately remembered how much we enjoyed taking pictures of Lauren and Kip. Their fun and sweet personalities come through in every picture! I think we spent as much time just talking with them as we did taking pictures. Elena and I felt like guests at the wedding and we're so thankful to Lauren and Kip for being so welcoming to us! Oh yeah...and their pictures are beautiful!
Lauren and Kip spent the rest of the evening celebrating with their friends and family. Tim with Austin Classic DJ provided the soundtrack for their party. The dance floor was busy all night. When people needed a break from dancing, they visited our photo booth and took lots of silly pictures. It's always so much fun to see what people come up with at the photo booth. Elena and I enjoyed watching Lauren and Kip talk and laugh with all of their closest friends and family!
