Jolie and Nathan's Wedding at The Terrace Club in Dripping Springs, TX
Wow! Just...wow! This wedding had everything! An awesome venue. Perfect weather. A great DJ. A Texas sunset. A taco truck. Fireworks. And, on top of all of that, a beautiful bride and a super fun groom who both (as it turns out) are some of the sweetest people we have met! Elena and I hadn't met Jolie and Nathan in person before their wedding. It didn't take us but just a few seconds to see how nice they were. As soon as we walked into the bride's room, Jolie greeted us with a huge hug and immediately made us feel like we were one of the gang. Jolie has such a kind heart and we were so thankful that we got the chance to be part of her and Nathan's wedding. Spending the day with Jolie and Nathan was so much fun and their wedding was just perfect!
Jolie and Nathan's ceremony was perfect! Stephen with I Do Ceremonies always does a fantastic job. Immediately after the ceremony we took the newlyweds up on the hill for some pictures before we lost the sun. They are such a cute couple and we love every picture we took! Of course, what would a Terrace Club wedding be without a sunset? We had just a few moments to take some awesome sunset pictures with Jolie and Nathan. We finished with bride and groom pictures and quickly worked our way through family pictures before the reception officially started.
What a party!!! Jolie and Nathan's reception was non-stop fun from start to finish. Not long after introducing them into the reception, Tim with Austin Classic DJ was sending everyone back outside onto the terrace for a special treat. Jolie had secretly ordered a fireworks show for Nathan. Wait...Nathan had secretly ordered a fireworks show for Jolie. Wait...what? As it turns out, within just a few days of each other, both Nathan and Jolie had contacted Kristen (the best coordinator in the whole world) at The Terrace Club about setting up a surprise firework show for the other. The Terrace Club has the perfect setup for fireworks and the show was amazing!
Fireworks and dancing tend to make people hungry so Jolie and Nathan had a taco truck stop by their wedding. The tacos were so good!!! But, the fun wasn't done with dancing and fireworks and tacos. Jolie and Nathan had something special for their sendoff, too. After running through an arch of sparklers, they sat in the back seat of an old convertible. As the car started to slowly drive off, huge fountains of fireworks started shooting off on each side of the car. It was unbelievable!!!! Hands down, no doubt, the best exit we've ever seen!
Jolie and Nathan, thank you both for being so beautiful and fun and kind. Our day was so easy and it was just a joy to spend time with you both. We wish you many, many years of love and happiness together!
