For a while it seemed like we lived in Redbud Hall at Texas Old Town. Then we went through a period with no weddings there. Kasey and Steven were our first wedding at Redbud in months! We were so glad to return to such a familiar venue for such a great couple. Kasey is so, so sweet! She has a beautiful smile that she wears all day long. She is just so positive and always so kind. And, Steven is just the kind of guy you would expect someone like Kasey to marry. He is a really nice guy and made Elena and I feel welcome from the very first moments we arrived at their wedding. In short, we had a great time with Kasey and Steven!
It was a beautiful day for a wedding. We had plenty of time before the ceremony for pictures of Steven with his groomsmen and Kasey with her bridesmaids. And, although Kasey and Steven didn't want to see each other before the ceremony, they did want some pictures holding hands on opposite sides of a door. The pictures were so cute! Kasey and Steven's ceremony was beautiful. The ceremony site at Redbud Hall is one of our favorites. Surrounded by trees, it felt like everyone gathered in the middle of the woods to enjoy Kasey and Steven's ceremony. After the ceremony we spent a few minutes taking family pictures. Our favorite family picture was definitely Kasey and Steven with their beautiful little girl! She was so cute!
Kasey and Steven are a very cute couple so taking pictures of the two of them together was a piece of cake! Once we finished all of the official pictures, we all made our way inside for the reception. Kasey and Steven spent the evening talking, laughing, and dancing with their friends and family. Tim with Austin Classic DJ provided the soundtrack for the day and it was perfect! Our photo booth was also on hand to ensure that everyone had fun at the reception. At the end of the evening, everyone gathered outside for the bubble send off.
Kasey and Steven, thank you so much for letting us be part of your wedding. Elena and I had a wonderful time with you. We wish you and your family many, many years of happiness!
