Emily and Jay are two of the sweetest people we've met.  I had a great time chatting with Emily and her mother during her consultation.  Elena and I were so glad that Emily decided to schedule an engagement session.  We were looking forward to spending time with Emily and meeting Jay for the first time.  

Emily and Jay decided on Butler Park in downtown Austin as the location for their shoot.  It is a great place for pictures and it was so easy to work with Emily and Jay.  They are such laid-back, nice people.  As we neared the end of the shoot, we really thought it was going to start raining on us.  The clouds got dark and you could see the rain all around us.  But, instead of rain, we were able to get a couple of really cool pictures with the dramatic clouds and the Austin skyline.  As soon as we got in the car and started driving home, the rain started.  It was perfect timing!

Elena and I are looking forward to seeing Emily for her bridal session and seeing Jay again on their wedding day!
