Monica and Crayton tossed around several ideas for locations for their engagement session, finally settling on Old Settler's Park in Round Rock. Elena and I had been there several times before and had always enjoyed taking pictures there. We agreed with Monica and Crayton that we would meet by the old buildings at the park. When we arrived, Elena and I drove to the old barns...only to find that they weren't there any more. We had a slight panic attack. About that time, Crayton sent me a text message telling me that they were at the front of the park by the old buildings. Whew! There were obviously some old buildings that we didn't know about. When we finally met up with Monica and Crayton, they showed us the old buildings they were talking about...and it was such a cool place! There was an old barn, several old buildings, a really cute house, and lots of rabbits. It was a really great choice for an engagement session.
Monica and Crayton both expressed some concerns about being uncomfortable in front of a camera. We're not quite sure why they were concerned because they did a fantastic job! They seemed so relaxed the entire shoot and their pictures are awesome! We had such a great time with Monica and Crayton and look forward seeing them again at their wedding!
