Lorrie and Matthew's Wedding at Vista on Seward Hill in Austin, TX
We were so pleased to spend a day at Vista on Seward Hill with Lorrie and Matthew! I met with Lorrie months ago to chat about their wedding. She is such a sweet, sweet young lady. I came home after our consultation and immediately told Elena that I hoped Lorrie decided to book with us. We were so happy when we received Lorrie and Matthew's contract!
It was a beautiful fall day for Lorrie and Matthew's wedding. The Vista at Seward Hill is such a cool and unique venue and fit Lorrie and Matthew's day perfectly. We arrived a bit before Lorrie or Matthew and were able to get pictures of some of the details of the venue. As soon as they both arrived, we were able to start taking pictures. Matthew was out of town when Lorrie and I met so this was the first time we had met. It was no surprise to find out that Matthew was just as nice as Lorrie. From the first moment we met, he made us feel welcome and we appreciated that so much!
Lorrie and Matthew decided to do a first look. For a wedding in late November, this was such a great idea. We were able to get lots of beautiful pictures with Lorrie and Matthew while we still have plenty of natural light. They are a super cute couple and so easy to take pictures of. Lorrie and Matthew didn't have a bridal party so we also had more time to take pictures of Lorrie and Matthew by themselves. Not only did we get pictures of Lorrie and Matthew, but we were able to get almost all of the family pictures taken care of before the ceremony. We were so impressed with the way Lorrie and Matthew planned their day. It made it easy for us to take pictures and it gave them more time to spend with their friends and family.
After Lorrie and Matthew's beautiful ceremony, everyone was treated to a great dinner and lots of dancing. Lorrie and Matthew requested that we bring our photo booth with us. It was such a great addition. People enjoyed the photo booth all night long! At the end of the evening, Lorrie and Matthew left under an arch of sparklers.
