Caitlyn and Josh's Wedding at the Terrace Club in Dripping Springs, TX
Caitlyn and Josh are so much fun! Both of them are so personable and laid back. Elena and I couldn't think of a better way to start 2016 than by spending the day with two such wonderful people. Caitlyn and Josh were a great team, always working together during the planning stages of their wedding. They worked so hard to put together a wonderful celebration for their friends and family. All of their hard work paid off because the evening was great! And, Caitlyn and Josh chose one of our most favorite venues...the Terrace Club.
We met Caitlyn at her hotel right next to the Terrace Club to get some pictures of her getting ready. She and all of her bridesmaids were on the ball because everyone was ready when we arrived. Everyone was so nice. Caitlyn had a huge smile on her face (as she always does) and made us feel so welcome. After the hotel we made our way over to the venue. While the guys and girls were getting dressed, we spent a few minutes taking pictures of all of the cute details of the day. Once everybody was ready, we went outside with Josh and Caitlyn for their first look. It was a bit chilly, but both of them were real troopers and put up with the cold. We were so glad they did because their pictures were really cute! When they saw each other for the first time, their smiles were so big! It was an awesome moment!
Caitlyn and Josh decided (thankfully) to have their ceremony inside. The ladies at the Terrace Club did such a fantastic job of decorating the ceremony room. Many venues talk about having a plan B if the weather doesn't cooperate. However, few venues have as nice of a plan B as the Terrace Club. Caitlyn and Josh's ceremony was beautiful and there were some very touching moments. After the ceremony, we took some family pictures and then it was time to party!
Caitlyn and Josh's reception was exactly what I would have expected...fun from beginning to end! The dance floor was packed from the time it opened until the sparkler send off. From the introductions to the garter toss, Caitlyn and Josh did such a great job of making their reception fun!
We thank you, Caitlyn and Josh, for choosing us as your photographers. You are both so nice and kind. Elena and I loved spending time with you. We wish you many, many years of fun and happiness together!
