Taira and Daniel's Wedding in Tejas Hall at Texas Old Town in Kyle, TX
What a great way to spend July 4th! Taira and Daniel are so fun and so nice to be around. Their engagement pictures are some of our favorite ever. And, we were so glad that we got the chance to take bridal pictures of Taira, also. We met Taira (and her entourage) at Texas Old Town one morning and had a great time taking pictures with her. It's hard to take a bad picture of Taira. She is a beautiful young lady. And, on top of that, she has such a fun and vivacious personality. She is always laughing and having fun and that makes for great pictures.
Taira and Daniel's wedding day was a fantastic celebration. We had so much fun taking pictures of Daniel and the groomsmen. Somebody had the idea of sitting Daniel next to a tree with a bunch of beer cans around him like he was passed out. (Okay, as I think about it more, that might have been my idea.) It was a hilarious picture and we were so glad that Daniel was up for doing something silly.
The Texas heat didn't keep Taira and Daniel's ceremony from being a beautiful event. The ceremony site at Tejas Hall is such a great place for weddings. The live oak trees and fountains make for the perfect setting. After the ceremony, we took family pictures, wedding party pictures, and bride and bridesmaid pictures. Once all of that was done, we spent twenty minutes or so with Taira and Daniel. It's so easy to find places at Texas Old Town for pictures. And, having a couple as cute as Taira and Daniel made our job a breeze. Everywhere we went, everything they did...it was all cute and worthy of a picture. We have the best job in the world because taking pictures of couples like Taira and Daniel is so easy and fun!
Taira and Daniel's reception was full of laughter and love. It was so neat to watch everyone congratulate the newlyweds throughout the evening. Taira and Daniel both took the cake cutting portion of the evening very seriously! Everyone laughed as the couple smeared cake in each other's faces. Taira and Daniel were surprised with a horse drawn carriage at the end of the night. It was really cool to see the expressions on their faces as they made their way through the cloud of bubbles and saw the carriage for the first time.
Taira and Daniel, congratulations again on your wedding. We wish you many, many years of happiness together. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your wedding day!
