One of the things that we love about our job is seeing how each couple adapts the generations old tradition of marriage to fit their own personalities. It seems like every wedding has the vows and rings and speeches and toasts and garter and bouquet. But, it's different every time. That makes weddings so fun and challenging for us!
We loved the way Julie and Flynn planned their wedding! They chose Chapel Dulcinea for their ceremony. This free wedding chapel is beautiful! The Hill Country views are fantastic and the chapel made for the perfect setting for Julie and Flynn's wedding. They chose to share their day with just their closest friends and family and it made their wedding day feel very intimate and personal. After the ceremony, we had a chance to take some family pictures. We then spent a few more minutes with Julie and Flynn around Chapel Dulcinea taking pictures of the newlyweds while everyone else made their way to one of Julie and Flynn's favorite restaurants in downtown Austin, Malverde.
We arrived at Malverde before Julie and Flynn and waited outside for them to arrive. When they got there, we spent just a few more minutes with them getting a couple of pictures downtown. We finished up with pictures and Julie and Flynn went to join their friends and family in the reception. Flynn was so excited to have a chance to spend the evening with his friends and family. It was so fun to watch he and Julie laughing and talking with everyone. After dinner and the best bread pudding EVER, everyone danced until the end of the evening. When it was time to go, Flynn had one request for Elena and I. He and Julie were going to their favorite bar on 6th St. with some of the friends and he asked if we could stop by for just a few minutes. Of course we could! It was the perfect way to end the day!
Julie and Flynn, thank you for letting us spent a great day with you and your friends and family. Your wedding was fun and we had a great time celebrating with you both! We wish you many, many years of happiness together!
