Olivia and Michael's Wedding at the Sheraton Hotel in Downtown Austin, TX
If you want a first-class, beautiful wedding with an awesome coordinator and some of the best food you will have at a wedding, look no further than the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Austin. We were so excited to spend Olivia and Michael's wedding day with them at this great venue! When we arrived, we found their families hard at work decorating the huge ballroom and everything looked fantastic. We were able to do some really fun pictures of Michael and his groomsmen before the wedding started. And, we had time after the wedding for pictures of family and some really cute pictures of Olivia and Michael together. While we were taking pictures, Olivia and Michael's guests enjoyed some really tasty appetizers. Adela, Sheraton's wedding coordinator, made sure that Olivia and Michael got to enjoy their appetizers. While we were taking pictures, she continually brought drinks and snacks to the newlyweds. She did such a great job of making sure the couple was taken care of while also ensuring that the evening stayed on schedule. That's not always an easy task, but Adela handled everything perfectly. We were very impressed!
Once the reception started, everyone was treated a fantastic dinner. There are new wedding venues popping up all the time in Central Texas, each one offering their own little version of the 'perfect' wedding day. In our opinion, it's really hard to beat a wedding at a classy hotel where the bride and groom (and their friends and family) are treated to a sit-down dinner with an entire waitstaff in a beautiful ballroom with gorgeous chandeliers. It was so fun for Elena and I to see and hear how happy Olivia and Michael's friends and family were for them. Every person that gave a toast talked about how great of parents Olivia and Michael are to their beautiful daughter. And, we saw that throughout the evening as they spent time together as a family.
Olivia and Michael, we are so happy for you both and your young family. Your ceremony was beautiful. Your reception with the live band was tons of fun. And, you were both so nice and gracious to us. We wish you both many, many years of happiness and are excited for you all!
