Laura and Mike found us through a recommendation from one of their friends (thank you, Casey!) and we are so glad they did!  When Laura and Mike came to our house, we spent almost two hours just laughing and chatting with them about their day.  They decided to do their engagement session at their home in Lampasas and it was the perfect choice.  When we arrived, it was just a tad bit chilly.  Okay, maybe that's an understatement.  It was COLD and windy!  Elena and I were lucky because we got to put on our warm clothes.  Laura and Mike toughed it out for their entire shoot!  Halfway through the shoot, Mike called a timeout and said it was time to go inside and warm up.  No one argued.  We were all glad to go inside and drink some coffee.  It was so nice to experience good ol' Texas hospitality.  Laura and Mike made us feel right at home and were so generous and kind.

We loved spending the afternoon with Laura and Mike.  We loved that they had horses ready for their pictures.  We loved that they were so nice and such down-to-earth people.  It was a great afternoon!
