We were so glad this day had finally arrived!  Elena and I shot Katie and Travis' engagement session in San Antonio several months ago.  Then we got to spend an afternoon with Katie taking bridal pictures.  We hated that we couldn't share those pictures immediately.  They turned out so, so good!  Katie was so beautiful in her awesome dress!  After their engagement session and Katie's bridal shoot, we were excited to finally put all of the pieces together and spend the day with Katie and Travis at their wedding.  

Although it was a bit toasty outside, the wedding was beautiful.  Kindred Oaks offers a fantastic variety of places to take pictures.  So, after the ceremony, we had fun taking pictures of the bridal party, bride, and groom.  Dinner at Kindred Oaks is always good.  Katie and Travis' wedding was no exception.  Once dinner was over, it was time to cut the SIMON LEE cake!!!  (This is where I pause for a second, thank Katie and Travis again for their cake choice, and then sit back remember how great the cake was.)  If you haven't had a Simon Lee cake, you have no idea what you're missing.  This isn't just cake.  It is a culinary masterpiece.  And, not only are the cakes amazingly good to eat, nobody makes cakes as beautiful as Simon Lee.  After cake, Katie and Travis danced the evening away with the friends and family before being sent off in a cloud of bubbles.  It was a fantastic evening!

Thank you, Katie and Travis, for letting Elena and I be such an important part of your wedding!  We are so happy that we had the chance to get to know you and spend a few days with you.  Congratulations on your wedding!
