Brandah and Kenny's wedding was at Gabriel Springs in Georgetown. Gabriel Springs is a beautiful venue and, just like Texas Old Town, it offers couples the opportunity to have an outside ceremony in a beautiful setting and an inside reception with wonderful air conditioning! The design of Gabriel Springs is just like Texas Old Town (in fact, we had to remind ourselves that we weren't at our home away from home). Everything was so well maintained and the staff does such a great job of making the venue look great! Brandah and Kenny's decorations fit perfectly with all of the wood and the rustic design of the venue.
We sweat our way through bridal party pictures before the ceremony. After the ceremony, we took family pictures and bridal party pictures. Then, we had a few minutes to spend with Brandah and Kenny by themselves. We love their pictures! They turned out so great!
Brandah and Kenny's reception was so much fun! Everyone had a wonderful time. We were even able to catch the tail end of the sunset to get some really awesome (and original) sunset pictures. Perhaps most importantly (to me, at least), Brandah and Kenny's cake was so, so good! I think I might have had two pieces.
Elena and I are so pleased that we had the opportunity to spend the day with Brandah, Kenny, and their friends and family. It was a wonderful wedding! Congratulations again to the new Mr. and Mrs. Scalise!
